Keel beta terms

Keel is operated by MSquare Design & Draughting Services CC (trading as Keel). These terms cover invited use of this beta.

Your account and business records

Use Keel for a business you are authorised to represent. Keep your login and recovery key private. You remain responsible for your customer agreements, prices, tax obligations, bank details and the information you upload. You retain your rights in your records and allow us and our service providers to process them to operate Keel as described in the privacy notice.

Review before relying on results

AI can make mistakes. Check every quote, receipt reading and payment suggestion. A payment screenshot is not proof that funds reached your bank. Keel’s totals reflect recorded entries and reserve estimates, not a verified bank balance or professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Keep copies of important original records.

Beta availability

The beta needs an internet connection. Features may change or be unavailable while faults are fixed. There is no guaranteed uptime or support response time. The app does not collect subscription payments or automatically enrol you in paid billing; any future paid offer will be presented separately.

Acceptable use and leaving

Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another business, attempt to access another account, share the invite code publicly or bypass usage limits. We may suspend access to investigate misuse or protect the service. You may stop using the beta at any time and ask support to close your account and handle your records.
